Florida Warranty is a 1 year to covers defects in materials, equipment, and workmanship that violate the Florida Building Code, beginning from the date of closing or occupancy. We go above and beyond the warranty and will stand behind out work. If there is a defect in labor/install we will resolve and fix the issue as needed even beyond the warranty period.
